IRIS PORCELANA is the latest addition to the Initiale Collection. A contemporary ode to the most sophisticated and exclusive raw material of High Perfumery: Iris Pallida. This creation inspired by French porcelain embodies delicacy and secular know how. The powdery Iris is twisted with Sandalwood & White Musks giving the fragrance a soft feeling.

CREATED BY DALIA IZEM

Based in Dubai, Dalia is a promising perfumer. Proud of her Mediterranean origins, she loves to take inspiration from her Middle Eastern roots. With IRIS PORCELANA she signs her first creation for EX NIHILO. She steps out of her comfort zone and designs a new avant gardist stake on the iconic flower. She patiently designed this fragrance with the same delicacy and know-how. The result is a smooth and second skin perfume, intensely addictive.

THE FRAGRANCE

The creation opens up with a light breath of Violet leaf. Sophisticated heart notes of Iris are nestled in a cloud of soft Musks. Sandalwood brings the ultimate twist: its creaminess sublimates the powdery signature of Iris, expressing all its nobility. IRIS PORCELANA perfectly illustrates EX NIHILO's desire to sublimate the classical raw materials from High Perfumery.

WHY WE LOVE IT

The visual's overall structure is coherent with the rest of the Initiale Collection : it is a playful and colorful ode to the Iris flower, positioned as a center piece. The soft colors (inspired by the Iris' colors) and the round shapes remind of the creamy and powdery signature of the fragrance. Finally, the white shadow refers to the white color of the porcelain that inspired the fragrance.
